Sales Administrator Job Description
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team at Pertemps Bristol Commercial. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team by managing customer records, quotations, and sales orders.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Raise and forward quotations as required
* Liaise with customers and respond to their needs
* Raise sales orders on receipt of purchase orders
* Maintain customer records and quotation files
* Create Sales Orders
* Update Quotation Register where necessary
* Respond to customer requests promptly
* Liaise internally and with customers to confirm achievable delivery dates on quotes
**Requirements:**
* Experience working within a technical environment or an interest in Engineering/Manufacturing Industry
