Job Title: Care Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team in Morecambe, Lancaster, and surrounding areas. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in promoting the wellbeing, choice, and dignity of our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, promoting their physical and emotional wellbeing.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure effective care planning, risk assessment, and service delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of our team, sharing your expertise and experience to support colleagues.
