About the Role

Zoho UK is seeking a skilled Public Relations Executive to join our team in the UK. As a key member of our communications team, you will play a vital role in driving our PR and communications strategy to support our business goals in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the European PR lead in developing and implementing a strategic PR and communications programme that aligns with Zoho UK's business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and social media teams to ensure that our PR efforts are integrated and effective in reaching our target audiences.
  • Work with PR agencies to provide them with the necessary information and support to drive success, review their content, and monitor their progress against goals.
  • Write engaging media content, including blogs, comments, articles, and press releases.
  • Research new publications and channels to expand our media reach.
  • Assist in analyzing and monitoring campaigns to determine their success.
  • Support the management of media interviews and attendance at industry events.
  • Contribute to the development of creative ideas to enhance our PR campaigns.
  • Manage and organize projects effectively and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of PR or related experience, preferably in a technology or software company.
  • A keen interest in and passion for how technology and innovation can transform businesses.
  • Excellent communication skills and a resilient mindset to succeed in media engagement.
  • Excellent writing skills across a range of content types.
  • A creative mind with the ability to find practical solutions that are efficient and effective.
  • Able to build strong personal relationships and engage meaningfully with colleagues, journalists, and other stakeholders.
  • A self-motivated individual who is happy to work remotely to achieve goals.
  • Native fluency in English.
  • Willingness to learn from others and self-improve.
  • This role requires the ability to work remotely from anywhere in the UK, with occasional travel to our UK office in Bletchley, near Milton Keynes, or to our international headquarters in Chennai, India, or to other European offices.
