Public Relations Specialist

Zoho UK is seeking a skilled Public Relations Executive to join our team and support our growing awareness in the UK and Europe.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and self-driven professional to help drive PR activities and contribute to the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Support the European PR lead in driving a strategic PR and communications programme that aligns with Zoho's business goals in the region.
- Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to ensure programmes support each other's activities in reaching the right audiences with the right messages at the right time.
- Collaborate with PR agencies to ensure they have the necessary information to drive success, review their content, and monitor their progress against goals.
- Develop and write engaging media content, including blogs, comments, articles, and press releases.
- Research new publications and channels to expand our media reach.
- Analyse and monitor campaigns to determine their success.
- Assist with the management of media interviews and attendance at industry events.
- Contribute to the development of creative ideas to enhance PR campaigns.
- Manage and organise projects effectively and in a timely manner.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of PR or related experience, preferably in a technology or software company.
- A keen interest in and passion for how technology and innovation can transform business.
- Excellent communication skills and a resilient mindset to succeed with media engagement.
- Excellent proven writing skills across a range of content types.
- A creative mind partnered with the ability to find practical solutions that are efficient and effective.
- Able to build strong personal relationships and engage meaningfully with colleagues, journalists, and other stakeholders important to Zoho.
- A self-motivated go-getter who is happy to be managed remotely to achieve goals.
- Native fluency in English.
- Willingness to learn from others and self-improve.
- A full-time position with a 40-hour working week.
- 25 vacation days.
