Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Specialist to enhance our visibility and engagement across Europe. This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders, including senior management and product teams, to develop campaigns that capture media interest and generate coverage. The dynamic nature of this position ensures a wealth of messaging opportunities and inspiration from Zoho's global PR teams, making it an exciting and fast-paced environment for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Crafting compelling media content, including blogs, articles, and press releases.
  • Assisting the European Communications lead in executing a strategic PR and communications plan that aligns with Zoho's business objectives in the region.
  • Collaborating with marketing and social media teams to ensure cohesive messaging and outreach efforts to target audiences.
  • Partnering with PR agencies to provide them with essential information, monitor their content, and assess their progress towards set goals.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in public relations or a related field within a technology or software company, preferably in a B2B context.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • A strong desire to learn and improve professionally.
  • This position is based in our Milton Keynes office, with occasional travel to international headquarters and European offices for team engagement and learning opportunities.
