About the Role:

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, estimated to be around £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes a Christmas bonus, Blue Light Card, colleague referral scheme, financial wellbeing service, life assurance, and more.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting young people in their daily lives, helping them to develop important life skills and achieve their goals. This will involve assisting with morning routines, helping with hobbies and social activities, preparing meals, and ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.
