Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our client\u2019s business by managing essential administrative tasks and supporting the wider technical team.
Key Responsibilities- Documentation Management: Compile, organize, and store project and technical documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Purchase Requests: Raise Purchase Requests (PRs) and track approvals through to completion.
- Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to track deliveries, confirm timelines, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Note-Taking: Attend key meetings and provide concise, accurate notes for project updates and action items.
- Delivery Tracking: Monitor deliveries, ensuring on-time arrival and updating the team on any potential delays.
- Strong Organizational Skills: With attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous Experience: In a similar role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent Communication Skills: Both verbal and written, with ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers.
- Prior Experience: In technical or construction administration is a plus.
- Salary: £30,000 pro-rata, per annum.
- Holiday Entitlement: 26 days plus bank holidays rising with service.
- Pension: 6.5% Employer Contribution.
- Healthcare: With BUPA Optional (50% contribution).
- Death in Service: Scheme.
- Company Sick Pay: Up to 20 days full pay in a rolling 12-month period.
- Group Income Protection: 50% of your salary covered for 3 years for long-term illness.
- Cycle to Work Scheme: Available.
