About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Front of House team as a Waiter. As a key member of our Restaurants family, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing top-notch service to our discerning clientele.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking food and beverage orders in a professional and attentive manner, ensuring that every opportunity to maximise sales is seized.
  • Organising and executing all mise-en-place duties prior to and after service to the highest standards.
  • Ensuring accurate cash handling procedures and customer billing.
  • Setting up and clearing tables prior to, during, and after service, maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.
  • Ensuring your station and the restaurant run smoothly, adhering to Harrods' high standards of quality, service, and productivity.

About You

We are looking for an excellent communicator and customer service-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional experiences. You will be a warm and friendly presence, attentive throughout the customer's visit, and provide a prompt and efficient service.

You will be cool, calm, and collected, even in pressurised situations, and able to think on your feet. You will be a reliable team player, a good listener, and a supporter of others.
