Job Summary:

About the Role:
This role is 100% office-based and requires the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Key responsibilities include:
  • Providing administrative support to the IT team, including updating records and databases
  • Maintaining accurate logs of client interactions and issues
  • Assisting other team members with resolving technical issues
  • Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as backups and software updates

Requirements:
We are looking for someone with excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Essential skills include:
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT concepts
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and software
