Job Title: Waterborne Safety Educator

We are seeking an experienced educator to deliver high-quality training programs at our RNLI Support Centre in Poole, Dorset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To design and develop comprehensive training programs for waterborne safety techniques and emergency procedures.
  • To collaborate with subject matter experts to develop new training content and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • A recognized qualification in education or a related field.
  • Proven experience in training delivery, preferably in a maritime context.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Working Environment:

The successful candidate will be based at our RNLI Support Centre, working alongside a dynamic team of professionals who share a common goal: to save lives at sea.

This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a salary range of £37,030 - £43,565 per annum, dependent on experience.
