Supporting Student Success at U-Educate

Our goal at U-Educate is to provide each student with the tools they need to reach their full potential. As a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in helping us achieve this vision.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist students with SEMH needs by providing personalized support.
  • Work closely with teachers to adapt educational content and delivery methods to suit students' diverse needs.
  • Engage in regular professional development to expand your skillset and knowledge base.

Essential Requirements

  • A minimum annual salary of £25,000, equivalent to approximately £90-£100 per day, taking into account the full-time nature and Southampton location of the position.
  • Previous experience working with students having SEMH or additional needs.
  • An empathetic attitude towards students facing learning and emotional challenges.
  • A commitment to promoting social and emotional growth.
