Job Description

As SENDCo, you will be responsible for coordinating provision for students with special educational needs, developing strategies to support their progress, and monitoring their development.

You will liaise with teachers to implement an inclusive curriculum, lead the SEN team, and manage resources effectively.

You will also develop and foster relationships with parents, external agencies, and specialists to ensure the best possible outcomes for our students.

The successful candidate will have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), National Award for Special Educational Needs Coordination, and proven experience in SEN coordination and leadership.
