Job Title:

Internal Education Provision Leader / School Inclusion Project Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as an Internal Education Provision Leader / School Inclusion Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will have excellent project management, planning and data analysis skills, a passion for inclusion and the ability to work with neurodiverse and complex additional needs in an educational setting.

This role is based in Hedge End, Southampton, Hampshire, and involves working closely with the school to provide high-quality education services to students with diverse needs.

About You:
  • You will have a strong background in education, preferably with experience in inclusion and special educational needs.
  • You will be able to analyze data and create reports to support decision-making.
  • You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, students and parents.

Estimated salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
