About the Role:

M/LK Education Search is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to take on the role of Registered Manager for one of our Ofsted registered children's 3-bedroom residential homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strong, strategic leadership to drive regulatory success and ensure a safe and happy home environment for our children and young people.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to support the needs of our residents, including those with Autism and associated complex needs.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with a range of professionals, including care teams, therapists, and education specialists.
  • Apply the principles of care management and use exceptional organisational skills to ensure the efficient running of the care home.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a highly developed awareness of safeguarding, team management, and challenges associated with Autism and other complex difficulties.

Requirements:

  • Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management (Children)
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of regulatory success and resident outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with a range of stakeholders.
