Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
- Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
- Follow individual care plans and assist with medication
- Work as part of a close-knit team to deliver high-quality care
Requirements
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, caring, and able to work independently. You will need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of our team.
