About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Residential Support Worker to join our team at Cambian Education. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to children and young people with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the daily living needs of our residents, including personal care and medication management.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote the social, emotional, and educational development of our residents.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and education.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A Level 3 qualification in a relevant field (or willingness to work towards one).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A full UK driving license (desirable).
