Verto People is seeking a highly skilled Mechatronics Maintenance Engineer to join our engineering team in Bristol. As a Mechatronics Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of electromechanical equipment, including pumps, motors, gearboxes, and generators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out routine maintenance tasks on rotating equipment to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance.
  • Conduct thorough electrical fault finding, testing, and wiring of electromechanical products to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify machinery damage and conduct basic electrical testing to minimize downtime.
  • Compile and maintain accurate technical documentation as work progresses.
  • Collaborate with engineering departments to coordinate activities and achieve project goals.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in rotating equipment engineering, pump engineering, or similar fields is highly desirable.
  • A solid understanding of mechatronics engineering principles, including wiring, circuitry, and mechanical systems, is essential.
  • The ability to conduct thorough testing and control checks on electromechanical rotating machinery is critical to success in this role.
  • An engineering qualification, such as HNC, HND, or Degree, is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • The willingness to commute to the workshop near Bristol is necessary due to the job's location requirements.

Package: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus overtime pay, annual bonus, pension scheme, and additional benefits.
