Join Our Team as a Chef De Partie

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Chef to join our team at Compass Group UK. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality food to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preparing and serving food that meets our high standards
  • Overseeing and implementing menu changes to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our food services and implementing changes
  • Supporting with the creation of new menus and creative food concepts
  • Maintaining a positive brand image and representing Defence
  • Monitoring inventories to keep our kitchens well-stocked
  • Overseeing kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards
  • Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef who is able to work well in a team and has a flexible approach to working. If you have experience supervising a team and hold a Food Hygiene certificate, we would love to hear from you.
