Resident Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities- Provide Exceptional Support: Deliver high-quality support to tenants and residents, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Manage Complaints: Effectively manage complaints from start to finish, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and to the satisfaction of all parties.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with our Estate Managers and other colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the department and the delivery of excellent customer service.
- Develop Your Skills: Take advantage of comprehensive training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in property management.
- Contribute to a Positive Community: Play a key role in fostering a positive and harmonious living environment, promoting strong community ties and improving the overall quality of life for our tenants and residents.
