Job OverviewWe are seeking a talented Customer Order Management Analyst to join our team specializing in Supply Chain for our Customer Services business unit in Sandwich, Kent.
Key Responsibilities- Working under the guidance of the Customer Service Manager, you will be involved with all aspects of New Customer creations, preparing detailed customer/distributor measures for review on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- You will continuously collate data attributed to the business using Oracle/Excel/Power Bi and provide reports to worldwide customers.
- Researching various attributes of the customer order life cycle using Oracle/Excel and liaising with various global plants is also a key responsibility.
- Collaborating with internal teams to understand customer orders and requisitions, collating received orders in a timely manner, and supporting the distribution of completed orders.
- A bachelor's degree from across all business/business analysis or other related subjects is required.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows, particularly Microsoft, and the ability to learn new software packages.
- You must have attention to detail, analytical skills, communication skills (verbal and written), time management, and prioritization skills, as well as a proactive attitude.
- Demonstrated examples of Cummins core values such as voluntary work, community involvement activities, working with disadvantaged groups, charity-related support, delivering superior results, teamwork, competencies, and outside education experiences are essential.
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
