Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a Pupil Referral Unit (PRU) in London. Our primary goal is to reintegrate students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health Needs (SEMH) and Behavioural Difficulties into regular schools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support primary and secondary students with SEMH and Behavioural Difficulties
  • Develop strong relationships with students and contribute to their educational and personal growth

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience working with children who have SEND or behavioural issues is a plus

Salary Information
