Senior Equipment Designer

CRC Evans is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Equipment Designer to join their team. The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing new equipment, as well as improving existing designs. They will use 3D and 2D CAD software to create detailed specifications and collaborate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely delivery of design-related documentation. This role involves modifying and updating existing designs to accommodate project changes and resolving technical challenges.
The ideal candidate will have an Engineering degree or equivalent, with practical experience working with electrical and mechanical machines. They should have a good understanding of manufacturing processes, material properties, and limitations. Proficiency in 3D CAD software, preferably Solidworks, is essential. Good communication skills are also required to work with clients and colleagues at all levels.
