Cera Care is a pioneering homecare provider transforming the way people receive care in their own homes.

We're recruiting part-time and full-time Home Care Assistants to support our clients in Telford, Wellington, Ketley, Madeley, Arleston, Leegomery, Stirchley and surrounding areas. As a Home Care Assistant with Cera Care, you'll play a vital role in enabling our clients to maintain their independence and live healthier, happier lives.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with personal care, managing medications, cooking or preparing hot meals, and helping with domestic tasks. However, your true impact lies in the companionship, reassurance, and joy you bring to the lives of those you care for.

Our benefits package includes:

  • A competitive salary of £18,000-£22,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
  • Guaranteed hours subject to candidate availability once passed probation
  • Enhanced bank holiday rate of £18.00 (£24 Christmas and New Year)
  • Holiday pay and pension scheme
  • Free DBS/PVG, company mobile phone, and uniform provided
  • Paid mileage between visits at 35p
  • Travel time paid
