About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Telford Hall Care Home. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support residents with personal care and hygiene, meal times, and daily activities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to maintain high standards within the care home environment
  • Support residents to live an enriched and fulfilled life, focused on their individual hobbies, preferences, and abilities

What We Offer

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.51
  • 3-4 nights per week, with 7pm-7am shifts
