As a Trade Branch Supervisor at Eurocell, you will play a key role in driving sales and operational excellence in our trade branches. You will be responsible for leading by example, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that our branches operate efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to new and existing customers
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety, company policies, and procedures
  • Conduct stocktakes and audits to ensure accurate inventory levels
  • Maintain maintenance records for branch vehicles and conduct branch housekeeping
Requirements
  • Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
  • Hands-on customer-focused approach with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commercial approach to drive sales and maximize margins
  • Good organizational skills with ability to prioritize and use own initiative
  • Confident IT user with experience of MS Office and industry-standard software
  • Full and valid driving license is essential, and FLT license could be a distinct advantage
