Salary: £45,000 + Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8AM – 5PM
Our client, a reputable company with over 40 years of experience, is seeking a skilled Fabric Supervisor to join their Reactive and Planned Maintenance Team in Romford, Essex. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities of the Fabric Team and fabric-related sub-contractors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure routine maintenance is carried out to all building fabric, equipment, and systems to meet and exceed expectations and agreed service level agreements.
- Manage various fabric and grounds duties, including general fabric repairs, carpentry, plumbing repairs, painting, and floor repairs.
Requirements:
- Technical building knowledge of working methods, practices, processes, regulations, and legislation.
- Ability to use MS Office software and internal IT systems.
- Self-management, motivation, and problem-solving skills.
- 3 years' experience managing/supervising maintenance repairs.
- 5+ years' experience working within a relevant trade.
- Experience working on commercial buildings.
