About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing our network infrastructure, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain our network infrastructure, including fibre optic cables and equipment
- Diagnose and repair technical issues with our network and equipment
- Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers
- Work collaboratively with our technical team to resolve complex technical issues
- Document processes and follow company standard procedures and protocols
Requirements:
- A UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points
- Comfortable working at heights and outside in all weathers
- Ability to build great relationships with customers
- Organised individual with a customer-focus, who is motivated to help others

- A competitive salary of £29,000, plus overtime and performance-based commission
