Electrical Field Service Engineer Medical Equipment

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Field Service Engineer to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, repair, testing, and commissioning of medical equipment at hospital sites throughout the West Midlands and Worcestershire region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and repair medical equipment, including surgical lighting, operating theatre tables, medical gas facilities, and all associated operating theatre control systems and electrical infrastructure.
- Commission new medical equipment and ensure it is functioning correctly.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to ensure equipment is running efficiently.
- Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and products to provide expert advice and support.
Requirements:
- Strong background working with high-value electrical-mechanical capital equipment.
- Electrical qualification and experience in a similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel.
