Electrical Field Service Engineer Medical Equipment

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Electrical Field Service Engineer to join our team in the West Midlands and Worcestershire region. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the service, repair, testing, and commissioning of medical equipment at hospital sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service and repair medical equipment, including surgical lighting, operating theatre tables, medical gas facilities, and associated operating theatre control systems and electrical infrastructure.
- Commission new medical equipment and ensure it is functioning correctly.
- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to prevent equipment failures.
- Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure seamless equipment operation and minimize downtime.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical equipment technology and manufacturer training.
Requirements:
- Strong background working with high-value electrical-mechanical capital equipment.
- Electrical qualification and experience in a similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
