At International SOS, we are seeking a skilled Operations Specialist to join our team of Medical, Security, and Logistics experts based in London, Chiswick.

About the role

We are looking for a compassionate and perceptive listener who can use their investigative thinking skills to excel in this position.

Key responsibilities

The Operations Specialist will be responsible for:

- Demonstrating a caring attitude when answering queries with the objective of exceeding expectations

- Coordinating cases effectively by booking appointments, authorizing treatments or handling policy claims using professionalism and care

- Assessing situations, coordinating medical care, and communicating logistics across the world

- Collaborating with a team of doctors, nurses, security, and operations experts in a fast-paced environment

About you

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

- Critical thinking and organisational skills to handle a variety of situations

- A naturally sympathetic nature with determination to help people

- The ability to take ownership of protecting data and process integrity

- Confidence in using Microsoft Office

- Experience as a Customer Service Executive in a contact centre or similar environment would be beneficial
