Sales and Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Events Coordinator to join our team at GuestHouse Hotels. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maximizing revenue and guest experience through exceptional product knowledge and sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities- Identify new leads and contacts, and make prospective calls to potential guests.
- Sell and market No.42 by GuestHouse to external guests.
- Work with the Group Sales Manager to negotiate contracts and rates with vendors, sponsors, and venues.
- Carry out property show rounds and prepare proposals for guests.
- Prepare function sheets and distribute to all departments on a weekly basis.
- Carry out post-event calls to check that guests were happy with their event.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
