About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Removals Administrator/Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our removals services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage initial sales enquiries and coordinate appointments for estimators.
  • Convert potential clients into confirmed moves through effective communication and negotiation.
  • Liaise with estimators to achieve targets and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate the logistics of moves, including organizing removal crews and vehicles.
  • Generate quotations, confirmations, and invoices; manage filing and administrative duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicating directly with clients throughout the removals process.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in administration and customer service, preferably within the removals, relocation, shipping, or transport industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook) is essential; experience with MoveMan software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Sales experience with a drive to generate business, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
