We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Removals Administrator/Coordinator to join our team at Red Recruit. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of our removals services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle initial sales inquiries and book appointments for estimators.
  • Communicate with potential clients to convert appointments into confirmed moves.
  • Liaise with estimators to achieve targets and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Coordinate moves, generate quotations, confirmations, work sheets, and invoices.
  • Manage filing and general administrative duties.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, communicating directly with clients throughout the removals process.
  • Organize removal crews and vehicles, adapting to a fast-paced and changing environment.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in administration and customer service, preferably within the removals, relocation, shipping, or transport industries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook) is essential; experience with MoveMan software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with strong negotiation and customer service abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Sales experience with a drive to generate business.
  • A hands-on approach, with a good sense of humor and the confidence to work on your own initiative.
