About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Craft Technician to join our team at Molson Coors. As a Craft Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and consistent operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment and plant through planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Fault finding and effective repairs of plant and equipment to ensure minimum downtime and improve reliability.
  • Installation and maintenance of new and existing plant, equipment, and services.
  • Maintenance of high levels of cleanliness and tidiness in the department and working areas.
  • Ensuring compliance with BRC and associated audits.
  • Undertaking risk assessments and following procedures for Working at Height, Confined Spaces, and Hot Work Permit Rules.
  • Maintaining best practice, including HACCP, COSHH, BRC, FEMAS, Safety, and the Molson Coors way.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with knowledge and experience of Permit to Work, LOTO, and Risk Assessment systems. You should also have knowledge of preventative maintenance and engineering techniques in process control, packaging, and utilities. Machining and welding skills, including turning, milling, TIG, MIG, and MMA, are also essential. Experience in a FMCG manufacturing environment, preferably in the brewing industry, is desirable.
