About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Craft Technician to join our team at Molson Coors Beverage Company. As a Craft Technician, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient and consistent operation of our manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance of all mechanical and electrical equipment and plant through planned and reactive maintenance.
  • Fault finding through the use of root cause analysis techniques and the subsequent effective repairs of all plant and equipment.
  • Installation and maintenance of new and existing plant, equipment, services, and systems.
  • Ensuring the department and working areas are maintained to a high level of cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Undertaking Risk Assessments and following procedures for Working at Height, Confined Spaces, and Hot Work Permit Rules.
  • Ensuring best practice, including HACCP, COSHH, BRC, FEMAS, Safety, and the Molson Coors way.
About You

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Craft Technician who has knowledge and experience of Permit to Work, LOTO, and Risk Assessment systems. You should also have knowledge of preventative maintenance and engineering techniques in process control, packaging, and utilities.

  • Steam generation and distribution systems knowledge.
  • Machining and welding skills - Turning, Milling, TIG, MIG, and MMA.
  • Knowledge of complying with Food Hygiene Audits and a clean as you go approach to maintenance work.
  • Engineering experience within a FMCG manufacturing environment, preferably Brewing industry.
