We are seeking a skilled Craft Technician to join our team at Molson Coors Beverage Company. As a Craft Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our brewery equipment and processes.

• Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems, to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve equipment issues, implementing effective repairs and maintenance strategies.
• Install and maintain new and existing plant, equipment, and services, including water, steam, and compressed air systems.
• Ensure the department and working areas are maintained to a high level of cleanliness and tidiness, adhering to BRC and associated audit standards.
• Undertake risk assessments and follow procedures for working at height, confined spaces, and hot work permit rules.
• Ensure best practice in HACCP, COSHH, BRC, FEMAS, Safety, and the Molson Coors way, maintaining personal legislative training compliance.

• Knowledge of steam generation and distribution systems.
• Machining and welding skills, including turning, milling, TIG, MIG, and MMA.
• Experience in complying with food hygiene audits and a clean-as-you-go approach to maintenance work.
• Engineering experience within a FMCG manufacturing environment, preferably in the brewing industry.
