About the Role


United Talent Agency (UTA) is seeking an exceptional Music Industry Support Assistant to join our London office. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to a Music Agent, working closely with artists, record labels, talent managers, and other industry professionals.


The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the music industry. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks, including show contracting, procuring ticket sales counts, and maintaining artists' show diaries. Your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail will ensure seamless communication with internal departments and external clients.


You will work closely with the agent to prioritize tasks, resolving enquiries and escalating as necessary. Your ability to develop business relationships and maintain discretion when dealing with sensitive client matters is essential.


In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of £35,000 per annum, a comprehensive benefits package, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and inclusive company culture.
