About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our in-house high-performance catering team at Brighton & Hove Albion FC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-performance food to our players and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement new nutritional dishes and menus for home and away games
  • Contribute to the nutritional education of players at the training ground through interactive cooking lessons
  • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food is prepared and served to the highest standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food hygiene and safety protocols
  • Collaborate with the nutrition team to ensure that all food served meets the nutritional needs of our players
Requirements
  • Hold a food hygiene certificate and a Level 2 or equivalent in Hospitality and Catering
  • Have a strong understanding of nutrition and its application in high-performance sports
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
  • Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
