Academy Matchday Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Academy Matchday Coordinator. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our academy matchdays, supporting the future stars of football.

About the Role

As an Academy Matchday Coordinator, you will work closely with the Academy Operations Manager and Academy Secretaries to coordinate matchday arrangements. Your responsibilities will include assigning dressing rooms to officials and visiting teams, ensuring everyone is aware of our Training Ground rules and protocols.

You will also be responsible for welcoming all visitors to the training ground and registering visiting scouts from other clubs upon their arrival. This is a fantastic opportunity to be a vital part of our academy's vibrant matchday atmosphere.

About You

We are looking for an individual with a strong understanding of safeguarding and a genuine ability to connect with children and young people. You will interact with a diverse range of individuals, so it's essential that you are friendly and approachable, all while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
