Job Title: Academy Matchday Coordinator

Location: American Express Elite Football Performance Centre, Lancing

Hourly Rate: GBP12 per hour

Hours: Zero hours. Working mainly weekends and occasional evenings to cover matchday fixtures and events

Job Type: Hourly paid

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate matchday arrangements via email and phone, working closely with the Academy Operations Manager and Academy Secretaries.
  • Assign dressing rooms to officials and visiting teams, ensuring everyone is aware of our Training Ground rules and protocols.
  • Welcome all visitors to the training ground and register visiting scouts from other clubs upon their arrival.
