We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our high-performance catering team at Brighton & Hove Albion FC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality, nutritious food to our elite athletes and staff.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook high-performance food for our athletes and staff
- Develop and implement new menu ideas and recipes to meet the nutritional needs of our athletes
- Work closely with our sports nutrition team to ensure that our food meets the highest standards of quality and nutrition
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with our catering team to ensure that all meals are prepared and served to a high standard
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-performance sports environment
- Strong knowledge of nutrition and food science, with a focus on high-performance sports
- Excellent culinary skills, with the ability to prepare and cook a wide range of dishes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with our sports nutrition team and catering staff
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure
