Job Overview
As a Retail Supervisor at Toolstation, you will be the face of our company, responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience. This role requires a strong ability to lead and motivate a team, as well as to work independently to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the Store Manager: In the absence of the Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
- Maintaining Store Standards: You will be responsible for maintaining the store's appearance, including checking deliveries, stocking shelves, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for customers.
- Delivering Excellent Customer Service: You will provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer queries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
- Coaching and Developing the Team: You will work closely with the team to identify areas for improvement and provide coaching and development opportunities to help them grow and succeed.
