HR Business Partner for Amazon's AWS Division

About the Role
This exciting opportunity is for an HR Business Partner to join Amazon's AWS division. As an integral member of the EngineeringUK team, you will play a key role in shaping the AWS Builder experience.
Key Responsibilities
As an HR Business Partner, your primary focus will be on fostering an environment of inclusion for all Builders. This will involve consulting, coaching, and developing leadership skills through decision-making with empathy and sound judgment. You will also be responsible for advocating for Builder needs through end-to-end experiences that help them feel fully engaged in their work and valued for who they are.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business/Management, Psychology, or a related field. A minimum of 5+ years of relevant Human Resources Generalist experience is also required. Preferred qualifications include experience working in a matrixed organization, coaching and consulting skills, and strong business and HR acumen.
