Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Account Director to join our team at Sphere Digital Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and driving advanced paid search strategies for selected accounts in our portfolio.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and own advanced paid search strategies for selected accounts in our portfolio.
  • Ensure all clients in our portfolio have growth and testing roadmaps in place.
  • Present analysis, updates, and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders with confidence.
  • Maintain strong relationships with media owners and technology platform providers.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC and performance industry trends, developments, product releases, and new technologies.
  • Lead the team by example, supporting and encouraging continuous improvement in team performance.
  • Be accountable for delivering best-in-class work on your accounts portfolio by identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure excellent attention to detail is maintained across the team and best practices are followed by all junior team members.
  • Drive innovation across the team, from idea inception to delivery.
Key Skills:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Experience working with Retail clients with large budgets.
  • Expert knowledge of tools such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and SA360.
  • A solid understanding of industry best practices and Google guidelines.
  • Experience in leading and managing a team of 3.
