Paid Search Account Director

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Search Account Director to join our team in EMEA. As a Paid Search Account Director, you will be responsible for managing and brainstorming innovative campaigns from start to finish, working with a range of clients, and managing a team of Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and plan the paid search account strategy, identifying new opportunities in line with client goals.
- Work with Client Directors to develop the client roadmap across the total digital landscape.
- Manage and develop a team of Account Executives, helping them to develop and ensure tasks are sufficiently performed.
- Encourage team development and learning, implementing new strategies and technologies.
- Take the lead on joint projects with Google and get involved in the creation of new in-house tech tools.
