Clayton Legal - Legal Recruitment Specialists is seeking a talented Advocate for Families to join our Public Family Law team. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with families in need.
About the Position:- Court Hearings: Attend court hearings, represent clients in court proceedings, and advocate on behalf of families to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and parents.
- Legal Aid Files: Handle Legal Aid files from start to finish, ensuring compliance and supporting clients who require assistance navigating complex legal processes.
- Care Proceedings: Work on sensitive care proceedings, representing vulnerable families and children. You will liaise closely with local authorities, social workers, and other professionals to advocate for clients' best interests.
The ideal candidate will have experience in family law, particularly with Legal Aid, care proceedings, and court representation. You will have access to training, professional development, and opportunities for advancement, as well as the chance to make a positive impact on families' lives.
Compensation:- Estimated Salary: £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience.
