Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Internal Sales Executive to join our team at The Recruitment Group. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing new sales opportunities and growing our client base through targeted outreach and communication with businesses.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop new sales opportunities using outbound cold emails, cold calls, and lead follow-ups
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and requirements and identify sales opportunities
- Answer customer questions, resolve concerns, and provide additional information via calls and emails
- Explain our services and how we can add value to other businesses
- Maintain and improve the database of prospects
- Research new leads and stay up-to-date with competitor offers and services
- Experience working in a similar role and a proven track record of success in sales
- Confidence and tenacity when making calls to businesses
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
