Our HistoryPorcelanosa was founded over 45 years ago in a small village by the Mediterranean Sea in Castellon, Spain. We have experienced incredible growth over the years and today our global presence extends to over 140 countries through more than 400 company-owned showrooms, distribution centers, and an extensive network of independent distributors and retailers.
Job Responsibilities- Work as part of the Solihull showroom team to actively approach clients and assist them in identifying their requirements and suggesting appropriate solutions from our product range.
- Personally greet clients upon entry to the showroom and recommend suitable product ranges based on their specifications (dimensions, budget).
- Provide clients with detailed and accurate quotations within agreed time scales.
- Handle payments directly from clients, including credit/debit card payments, and ensure complete receipts are provided.
- Answer telephones and deal with any client queries.
- Follow the agreed sales process.
- Excellent people skills.
- Smart personal appearance.
- Clear and positive communication with good negotiation and influencing skills.
- Relevant experience with face-to-face customer sales in a similar environment or possess the underlying traits to fulfill this role.
- A good level of verbal, written, and numerical literacy.
- Relevant experience in a similar environment would be an advantage.
