About the Role:


We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Environmental Health professional to lead our Home Assistance Team, reporting to an Environmental Health Service Manager.


As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of officers delivering support to vulnerable residents in Bolsover and North East Derbyshire districts.


The successful candidate will have a strong background in Environmental Health, excellent leadership skills, and experience in managing teams.


This is an excellent opportunity for an aspiring or experienced Team Manager to gain leadership experience and contribute to high-quality service delivery across the districts.



About You:



  • Strong background in Environmental Health
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Experience in team management
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes


The Team:


Our Home Assistance Team provides a range of frontline services, including disabled facilities grants, affordable warmth, energy advice, housing matters, and community outreach services.


We strive to provide excellent support to our most vulnerable residents, and we are committed to investing in our staff and their development.
