Recruitment and Onboarding Specialist

- End-to-end management of the onboarding process for new starters.
- Completion of pre-employment checks, including right to work documents and medicals.
- Use of social media platforms to promote the company and vacancies.
- Maintenance of live job advertisements on job boards.
- Production of contracts of employment for new joiners.
- Compliance with GDPR regulations when sharing CVs and handling candidate data.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration.
- Strong communication, time management, and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and a positive disposition.
Estimated Salary: £28,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location.
